Welcome to WIFT! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of WIFT App, owned by Computer Guardians Pty Ltd.
Users can create and manage multiple profiles within the App. Each profile can be shared with Businesses present at their premises or can be used to join a Business directly via the search function in the App. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and privacy of the information in their profiles.
Businesses can contact Users via email or phone if Users choose to share their contact details. Users have the option to hide their contact details in the App, allowing them to join Businesses and receive promotions without sharing personal contact information.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. The App complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of their personal data. Users must consent to the collection and use of their data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Computer Guardians Pty Ltd is not responsible for any direct contact between Businesses and Users that occurs outside of the App’s facilitated interactions. We shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the User profiles or unauthorized use of user information by Businesses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Computer Guardians Pty Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Welcome to the WIFT Business App! These terms and conditions govern the use of the WIFT Business platform, which helps businesses engage with visitors through unique QR codes and direct promotions. This app is owned and operated by Computer Guardians Pty Ltd.
A user can own and manage multiple businesses within the app. Each business entity can subscribe to its own payment plan. All financial transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption via Stripe.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all business information provided is accurate and up to date. Computer Guardians Pty Ltd is not liable for any errors in this information.
The QR code generated for each business is unique and must not be altered. It serves as a key tool for ensuring accurate visitor engagement and data collection.
The handling of personal data through the app is in strict adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We commit to protecting user and visitor data from unauthorized access and illegal sale. Excel exports are provided for legitimate marketing purposes only and must not be misused.
If WIFT introduces internal app chatting and messaging features, users must adhere to all relevant communication terms, including refraining from using inappropriate language. Should technical difficulties arise, users are encouraged to contact our support team for prompt assistance.
Business users are permitted to print the QR code on merchandise or use it in commercial promotions, provided that the WIFT logo is included to signify partnership and maintain brand consistency.
